Refund policy

We replace; we don't do change-of-mind returns. If an item reaches you damaged or defective, we'll replace it. Because these are medical devices, we can't accept returns simply because you changed your mind.

Tell us within 7 days. Report any damage or defect within 7 days of delivery at support@healtheo.in with your order number and a photo or two — an unboxing video helps us sort it faster.

Sealed for hygiene. For your safety, sealed products can't be returned once opened — except, of course, where there is a genuine defect.

Manufacturer warranty. Every device carries its manufacturer's warranty. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase, and we'll help you raise a claim.

Refunds. Replacement is our default. Where we genuinely can't replace an item, we'll refund to your original Razorpay payment method within 7 business days of approving the request.
