Where we ship. All over India.
What it costs. Delivery is free on orders over ₹500. Below that, it's a flat ₹49. You'll see the exact charge at checkout.
Prepaid only. We're prepaid-only via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). No cash on delivery.
When it arrives. Most orders ship the same working day. Delivery is same-day across Delhi NCR and 3–7 working days for the rest of India. Every order is tracked, and we send the tracking link as soon as it's dispatched.
Delays. Once an order is with the courier, timelines are largely in their hands — but if anything is stuck, message us and we'll chase it with you.
Address accuracy. Please double-check your delivery address — if it's wrong or incomplete, tell us before dispatch and we'll fix it.
